Do you believe in magic?
Well, if you don’t want mass unicorn deaths on your hand, you best heed my advice:
I tell ya, I am sick and tired of perfectly good food being wasted.
So I had to find a way to appeal to my youngest child’s sense of compassion for all of nature’s fine creatures.
Real or otherwise.
It’s not a mushy love note.
Short, sweet, and right to the point, it just states a simple fact.
A fact that may well be subject to opinion, but still.
I don’t care how old you are, killing mythological creatures is never cool.
So, for the love of God, shut up and eat your lunch.
A unicorn will thank you!
~Happy Friday! Hope you all have a magical weekend!~
This made me laugh! Awesome post 🙂 x

Magic is real.
Magic is always in accordance with nature, but not with our perception of nature

Fun and positivity… pretty similar to insanity and chaos, right? Because we’ve got that down to an art. 😀

LOL! So, is the timing of this coincidence, or is this payback for me offing my unicorn yesterday?

Haha! I had actually written this note a little over a week ago, but I definitely did feel bad for poor Rainbow Unicorn. I hope Kool-Aid Man was able to fix him up and make him all better again… 😛

Ha ha that is so fantastic. Did you really leave that note in your child’s school box?
I really needed a laugh today. Moved to LA which is really great, and I’m feeling a little overwhelmed right at the moment with what’s going to happen next. Laughter and humor is so key!! (And I’m mostly grateful, just a little stressed right now)
Have a great weekend! Blessings, Debbie

Oh, but I did. That’s the beauty of being creative…Well, that, and having no shame. 😛
Moving is always so overwhelming and stressful, but things will settle down and be less chaotic soon. Sending positive thoughts your way for a smooth transition! 🙂

Very creative idea. My mom never had to resort to this–we got chopped ham on white with mayo, potato chips, homemade cookies, and a thermos of nice sugary Kool-aid, so the lunchbox always returned home on empty. 🙂

Cookies, Kool-Aid, and chips…oh my! No wonder your lunchbox was empty. 😀
I do give my kids a treat in their lunch bags most days, but I’m sure overall, it greatly pales in comparison.
I mean, what kind of horrible parent has the audacity to give their kids grapes?
Or worse yet, carrots?
Oh, that’s right.
Me.
I do that. 😛
