Would you believe we have yet to take Jett to a restaurant? He is really well-behaved, but I’ve never felt brave enough. There is actually a Lazy Dog restaurant within reasonable distance to us. Hmm…

Things are going well right now! Thanks for asking. It’s hard for me to believe we’re a month away from having Buddy a full year now! I’d love to take Bud out, even walking around the block, but he is soooo strong (physically strong, headstrong) and so full of energy that I don’t dare risk it! At least he can come and go in the back yard whenever he wants and we do find time to have dates with other doggie dogs on occasion. Tell Jett that I’m doing what I can to get him out to a dog-friendly restaurant for extra doggie treats cuz he’s such a good boy! Mona

Glad things are going well for you! Buddy the energetically headstrong/physically strong pup sounds like a delight! Maybe he and Jett should go try out Lazy Dog together and see what happens. Tables and chairs might find themselves getting dragged down the street and into traffic. 😛

Haha! Jett is, unfortunately, not a great role model when it comes to the art of eating. Oh, he’ll eat his treats with unabashed joy… but lately when it’s time for breakfast, he strolls on over to his bowl, looks down in disgust at the crunchy crap kibble that awaits him , looks over at me, looks back down at the bowl, and walks away until dinner time. That ought to teach Momma a lesson, right? 😛
